A new look
at your health

from the inside out

Welcome to Neotrition

We are registered dietitians and nutritionists trained in Functional Nutrition who take an integrative approach…one that is rooted in science and empathy.

We love to work with people who want lasting solutions to their health concerns. Our method addresses three core areas- diet optimisation, gut health, and the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis (our stress response system). This allows us to explore root causes, establishing a solid foundation, and setting you up for long term success.

Our Approach

Fuel

Fuel

Let’s determine what fuel lights your fire.

At a basic level food is fuel, but it’s also a messenger to our cells. Sending signals throughout our body to make hormones, trigger immune cells, and switch genes on and off. Food provides nourishment and pleasure, but for some it can be a source of frustration and fear.

We use bespoke elimination diets, food intolerance and micronutrient testing to personalise your diet and advise on targeted nutrient supplementation.

Gut

Gut

Our second brain and gateway to our health

A plethora of conditions ranging from obesity to anxiety and diabetes to eczema has been linked to the microbes inside of us. We guide you how to make dietary and lifestyle choices to promote microbial health and nourishment of your own microbiome.

Depending on your symptoms we use investigative tests such as stool and breath tests to determine why your inner garden is not in balance.

Rest & Repair

Rest and repair

The glue that keeps us together

Your HPA-axis (the interaction between your hypothalamus, pituitary and adrenal glands) plays a significant role in your stress response. It is not unusual in our modern lifestyles for this system to be on overdrive, causing many unwanted symptoms and effecting areas such as your thyroid function, digestive health and immune system.

Regulating your stress response system is fundamental to achieving your health goals.
